i really like the mornings they are usually nice and quiet. i like to start my day with a little reflection before my chaotic day of feeding, pooing, burping, farting, chewing, kicking, spitting, grabbing, jumping and sleeping begins; with a little"ME TIME".
i find baby yoga really great for my meditation not to mention my lower back, i think i might teach a class or something later but for now i'll spread the love for free. namastae everybody (hope i spelt it right, but then again who cares i'm just a baby).
